How to Disable Reply All in Outlook

This tutorial explains how to disable the Reply All feature in Outlook. By default, when you use Reply All, the new message is sent to the sender and all other recipients on the To and Cc lines, but attachments are not included. If you want to prevent other recipients from using Reply All on messages you send, you must disable this feature. Here are the steps to turn off Reply All in Outlook:

1. On the Developer tab, click Design a Form.

2. Select Message and click Open.

3. Select the Action tab, then select the Reply to All line and click Properties.

4. Uncheck Enable and click OK.

5. Click the Properties tab and check “Send form definition with item.”

6. Click Publish and select Publish Form As from the menu.

7. Choose an option in the Look in section and name the form, then click Publish and close the Developer tab.

8. To send an email with Reply All disabled, select the Developer tab, click Choose Form, select Personal Forms Library, click No All Reply, then click Open.

If you want to change the reply and forward settings in Outlook, follow these steps:

1. Click File and select Options on the backstage view.

2. Click the Mail tab on the left of the dialog box.

3. In the Replies and Forward section, make changes to settings and click OK.

To enable Reply All in Outlook 365, follow these steps:

1. On the Developer tab, click Design a Form.

2. Select Message and click Open.

3. Select the Action tab, double-click the Reply to All line.

4. Check Enable and click OK.
