The feature of Conditional Formatting in Outlook allows users to color code their Calendar, giving each meeting or appointment a different color. To color code your Outlook Calendar, follow these steps:
1. Launch Outlook and open your calendar.
2. Click the View Settings button in the Current View section.
3. In the Advanced View Settings Calendar dialog box, click the Conditional Formatting button.
